摘要: The purpose of this study was to assess both direct and indirect relationships between professional commitment, job satisfaction, work stress in public health nurses (PHNs) Taiwan. two major questions addressed were as follows: What the among PHNs? model accurately portrays these three independent variables? Exploration causal pathways variables revealed a fitness model. A structured, self-administered questionnaire with scales distributed subjects. total 258 subjects completed questionnaire, yielding 90% response rate. Results demonstrate significant, direct, positive effect commitment on well significant inverse influence satisfaction stress. An through also findings. All paths (P < .05). findings can help show that plays an antecedent role nurses. This suggests is important factor related care institutions should be concerned issue.
