摘要: Abstract The thin-layer chromatographic separation of four diastereoisomeric amino esters and isochromans on silica was studied using 21 mobile phases composed two to six solvents selected by means a microcomputer program. had constant strength e 0.354. experimental RF values were in the range 0.12–0.82, showing applicability program based Snyder's displacement model choice suitable phases. variation latter does not affect relative retention each pair but affects its as predicted theory shown for binary other studies this series.
