摘要: Severed dorsal root axons regenerate into the transplants of foetal spinal cord (FSC) and form synapses there. It is unknown whether growth specific to half FSC, a normal target most axons, or it due properties shared by ventral FSC. We used calcitonin gene-related peptide immunohistochemistry label subsets regenerated host morphometric analysis compare neuronal populations within both transplants.
