摘要: Abstract: Ageing has long-been attributed to accumulation of biological molecules damaged by continuous exposure oxygen-derived reactive species. Oxidative stress also been associated with many physio-pathological features occurring together ageing including skin wrinkles, eye-diseases, osteoporosis, neurological disorders and cardiovascular disease. Presently, in Western countries more people are concerned the issue delaying processes. Epidemiological observations clearly indicate that diet lifestyle may help prevent age-related diseases.
