摘要: In nutrition studies a large variety of biochemical markers* are used to evaluate the micronutrient status (Bamji 1981, Christakis 1972, Sauberlich et al. 1974, 1983, 1984a,b, 1986, Wright and Heymsfield 1984). general, these indicators at appropriate levels judged rule out existence or threat deficiency (Beaton 1986). However, when applying them, distinction has be made between apparently healthy individuals, population groups patients. first two series environmental factors (including recommendations on energy reduction) physiological may influence nutritional status. For patients stage disease accompanying, often long-term, use drugs also seriously affect indices. this paper, indices vitamin, macro-element trace element discussed in relation effects.
