摘要: An arrangement and a method for providing temperature-dependent signal. Several current sources ( 1, 2 ) are provided, which switchably connected to one or more diodes 8 ). The conducting-state voltage of the diode is compared with reference signal (V r in comparator 10 A control circuit 12 controls so that calibrating each calibration step, only activated and, another all activated. Therefore, error terms can be calculated, allow very exact provision respect matching other.
