摘要: Background The proteins responsible for the key molecular events leading to structural changes between developmental stages of Echinococcus granulosus remain unknown. In this work, azidohomoalanine (AHA)-specific labeling was used identify expressed by E. protoscoleces (PSCs) upon induction strobilar development. Methodology/Principal Findings in vitro incorporation AHA with different tags into newly synthesized (NSPs) PSCs analyzed using SDS-PAGE and confocal microscopy. The LC-MS/MS analysis AHA-labeled NSPs undergoing strobilation allowed identification 365 proteins, which 75 were differentially comparison presence or absence stimuli 51 exclusively either condition. These mainly involved metabolic, regulatory signaling processes. Conclusions/Significance After controlled-labeling during development, we identified modifications protein expression. metabolism activation control pathways may be important correct parasite development target further studies.
