摘要: This study examined whether a leisure education program could promote autonomy and self-rated health (SRH) among older adults. A pretest-posttest randomized experimental design was conducted. Subjects were randomly assigned to either an group (n = 30) or control (n = 30). Data related SRH collected shortly before after the experiment. Pretest posttest data analyzed using analysis of covariance. The results indicated that average scores in significantly higher than those group. Implications are discussed.
