摘要: We propose and experimentally demonstrate a temporal differentiator in optical field based on silicon microring resonator with radius of 40 µm. The operates near the critical coupling region, can take first order derivative field. It features compact size thus is suitable for integration silicon-on-insulator (SOI) electronic devices. performance this tested using signals typical shapes such as Gaussian, sinusoidal square-like pulses at data rates 10 Gb/s 5 Gb/s.
