摘要: ATP-specific P2-purinoceptors expressed on various cell types have been shown to trigger activation via a phospholipase C pathway. In the present study, we provide evidence that are B lymphocytes but not T lymphocytes. ATP at concentrations of 10 100 microM triggered dose-dependent increase in inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3) levels as well total phosphate human As expected from changes IP3, incubation cells with increasing lead cytosolic free Ca+2 ([Ca+2]i). Extracellular also induced increases c-fos and c-myc mRNA. Because no responses were elicited by other nucleotides, IP3 production, rise [Ca+2]i levels, enhanced expression mRNA seem be mediated P2-purinoceptors. These exclusive lymphocytes, had effect [Ca+2]i, or oncogene cells. The results show binding extracellular quiescent leads genes associated activation. This appears signal transduction
