摘要: Patients with active sarcoidosis (acute and chronic) have a depression in systemic cell-mediated immunity manifested by reduction the number of circulating T cells impaired responses these to polyclonal mitogens recall antigens. These abnormalities are absent patients resolved disease contrast heightened B-cell activity. The latter includes elevated serum immunoglobulins presence autoantibodies immune complexes. Similarly, many humoral (for example, complexes) disease. Studies bronchoalveolar revealed changes that opposite what is found peripheral blood. lymphocytes recovered lavage increased. This mainly due an increase subpopulation activated cells. findings suggest lung (when involved) site inflammatory response.
