摘要: A lot of innovation happening nowadays is not so much in the products as processes. The importance integrated, globally optimised supply chains well understood. Executives have discovered impact on business performance that can be achieved by effectively managing their chains. Nevertheless, a recent study shows only fraction today's are managed efficiently. One important reason mounting challenges faced executives. These include globalisation and outsourcing, significant increase demand uncertainties, more with short life cycles proliferation markets. We will identify measures to characterise chain effectiveness develop level maturity process information technology employed company.
