摘要: Recent adoption of the Business Process Maturity Model (BPMM) by Object Management Group (OMG) provides a means for managers to benchmark and monitor business processes as well roadmap process improvement. The expectation is that maturity increases, result positive impact on performance; however, little empirical research has examined what extent, if any performance. We conduct survey manufacturing firms study effects performance two boundary spanning processes: purchasing order fulfillment.
