摘要: This paper provides an exploration of the concept and content agile manufacturing (AM). It describes nature AM synthesises literature to propose a comprehensive definition purpose process. Real (RAM) is viewed as strategic process; it about surviving prospering in competitive environment continuous unpredictable change by reacting quickly effectively changing markets. The argues that RAM evolutionary, developed from existing systems management technologies. However, also revolutionary because full application involves departure systems. shown be based upon four fundamentals. First, each partner must benefit; thus multiple winners (manufacturers, suppliers, customers) objective. Second, integration (recourses, methods, technologies, departments or organisations) means achieving RAM. Third, IT demonstrated essential condition. Finally, core competence seen key.
