摘要: It is remarkable that a coating material finds large scale application as new industrial just few years after its discovery. That the very case for carbon nitride (CNx). As such it has, e.g., replaced Diamond-like Carbon (DLC) protective on magnetic storage media and corresponding read write heads [1], which clear indication advantageous properties [2][3].
