摘要: Three different methods of estimating calcium and phosphorus content were compared with the chemical analysis 20 daily diets taken from general hospital cafeteria menus, individual food records, menus designed for research. Comparisons analyses estimated values showed an insignificant trend toward underestimation content; all significantly underestimated content. On average, estimates deviated actual by approximately 250 mg/day. Diets a greater proportion processed, convenience, or restaurant foods more than 350 Our findings suggest that intake calculated available composition tables are within acceptable range error; however, is 15% to 25% level. For accurate calculation content, nutrient sources must be updated reflect present industrial use phosphate-containing additives.
