摘要: Surface coating is considered to be an efficient method control the corrosion of carbon steel. Sol–gel silica coatings and hydrophobic silane–silica were prepared on substrates polished phosphated steel characterized with scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectrometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy contact angle analyzer. Corrosion behaviors these coated samples investigated by potentiodynamic polarization tests in 3.5 wt% sodium chloride solution at 25 °C. Uniform, flat dense formed The water increased from about 70° 127° coating, while there was no significant change phosphating pretreatment. Both potential resistance rate decreased However, addition silane could reduce a certain degree, most had defects such as cracks, which adverse prevention.
