摘要: With thermal chemical reaction, the chemically bonded ceramic coatings are prepared on A3 steel. Influence of zinc oxide corrosion resistance coating is investigated by polarization analysis. It found that show outstanding resistance. In addition, with possesses a smaller reaction rate and current density than without oxide. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis X-ray diffraction (XRD) conducted to find reason. Without adding oxide, AlPO4 main binding phase connecting particles in coating, micro structure can be seen clearly. However, new Zn3(PO4)2 coating. Besides, fully covered AlPO4, cannot clearly seen. The have better cover compared Therefore, makes more compact hinders access H2O, O2, Cl– substrate coatings, which improves coatings.
