摘要: The molds Botrytis cinerea, Cladosporium cladosporioides, and the yeast Aureobasidium pullulans, isolated from leaves of three short-rotation Salix clones, were found to produce indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). Abscisic (ABA) production was detected in B. cinerea. contents IAA ABA clones amounts fungal propagules these also measured, order evaluate whether plant growth regulators produced by fungi would make a significant contribution hormonal quantities leaves. content ABA, lesser degree that IAA, showed positive correlation with frequency infection hormone-producing organisms. on bore visible colonies were, however, not sufficiently high support claim either or significantly contribute clones. It is therefore suggested effect plants limited rhizosphere which known pathogen, induces mother as response physiological stress.
