摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter focuses on the correlation of anatomical and biochemical development rabbit neostriatum. The presents data (1) endogenous levels dopamine in neostriatum at each stage ability tissue to take up exogenous dopamine, (2) time appearance pattern distribution fluorescence, (3) electron microscopic profiles developing mature synapses with changing fluorescent patterns, (4) formation dense material within axonal vesicles slices after incubation 5- or 6-hydroxydopamine. Dopamine has been recognized recent years as one neuromodulators nervous system. It captured attention many investigators because its role extrapyramidal motor origin was uncertain until fluorescence microscopy studies demonstrated dopamine-containing neurons substantia nigra, which send axons caudate nucleus putamen form nigroneostriatal tract.
