摘要: The pattern alignment of dopamine and μ opiate receptors in the rat neostriatum during pre- postnatal development was investigated by means catecholamine histofluorescence receptor autoradiography alternate sections. On embryonic day (E) 14, appear striatum, but neither is yet distributed patches. E19, patches a lateral rim intense, punctate fluorescence begin to form, while dense within less matrix are apparent on E20. From emergence patterns two systems until disappearance fluorescent after (P) 16, dorsal striatum topographic register. After P16, diffuse homogeneous continue mature into their heterogeneous adult pattern. In accumbens nucleus, E18, whereas not discerned patterning nucleus lags behind that caudate-putamen, from P6 through adulthood, areas dim correspond register striatal negative association discussed relation dual systems. role these play as developmental determinants discussed.
