摘要: The transmission and dielectric spectra of ferroelectric STO/PT superlattice on Si substrate under simultaneous external optical electric field were investigated compared at room temperature. Results found that when with an field, the realized effective modulation transmission, which displayed a diode property. In addition, comprehensive model combined Debye relaxation Lorentz was used to analyze spectra, variation soft mode put emphasis exploring.
