摘要: Purpose Obesity can result in increased blood loss, which is correlated with poor prognosis total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Clinical application of tranexamic acid effective reducing loss TKA. However, most previous studies focused on the effect whole population, neglecting patients specific health conditions, such as obesity. We hypothesized that would reduce to a greater extent obese than those normal weight. Patients and methods A 304 osteoarthritis treated TKA from October 2013 March 2015 were separated into tranexamic, non-tranexamic, obese, non-obese groups. The demographic characteristics, surgical indices, hematological indices all recorded. first investigated ability intravenous intraoperative undergoing unilateral Second, we performed subgroup analysis compare effects between separately. Results Of patients, 146 (52.0%) received 130 (42.8%) obese. In group, both actual occult volume lower group (both P 0.05). Conclusion Tranexamic tourniquet time Therefore, benefit more acid.
