摘要: The structural changes in poly(2-methoxyethyl acrylate) (PMEA) thin films induced by the absorption of bisphenol A (BPA), which is suspected to be an endocrine disrupter disturbing hormone balance a living body, have been investigated infrared reflection spectroscopy (IRRAS) and sum frequency generation (SFG) measurements. BPA molecules are absorbed PMEA film. By controlling thickness intermediate polystyrene (PS) film between Au substrate, we able probe molecular structure at different interfaces air/PMEA (free) PMEA/PS (buried) SFG ether methyl (OCH3) group side chain both has same vector orientation with respect Au, i.e., pointing into air free interface buried interface.
