摘要: The advances in genomic technologies have made it possible to examine the effects of altered gene expression context specific cellular compartments within whole organism. As such, transgenic mice proven be an invaluable tool investigate genes involved many human diseases, including implicated induction and progression breast cancer. Human cancer is heterogeneous no single mouse model recapitulates all aspects disease. In this regard, various models are necessary characteristics chapter, we discuss strains that been developed for purpose modeling will address their relevance observations tumors.
