摘要: The aim is to present a comprehensive, integrated flood risk assessment for municipalities located in the upper basins. An approach perceives as combination of hazard and vulnerability. expressed potential basin due attributes. vulnerability understood inherent characteristics that create susceptibility houses damage people suffer physical mental harm ability cope with negative consequences floods. A spatial multicriteria decision analysis was applied express relatively by an ordinal scale. Municipalities were classified into five classes aggregation sub-indices reflecting addresses management more complex way eliminates effects traditional engineering approaches.
