摘要: In the new paradigm of flood defence, control flooding by technical means is supported an emphasis on reduction vulnerability to economic, social and environmental means. The aim present work was assess basic urban units (BUUs) located in headwater basins Slovakia. Vulnerability expressed terms proxy variables. Using a combination these variables, specific indices were established. These represented potential for susceptibility damage, resistance resilience after economic systems BUUs. assessment based application multi-atribute decision-making approach. overall BUU calculated via summation indices. visualisation GIS, BUUs grouped into three classes, low, medium high vulnerability. Second, evaluation from point view expected negative consequences done.
