摘要: ABSTRACTThe exclusive application of the engineering approach to flood defence is a matter increasing disapproval. This has led new paradigm in management – integrated risk. The change from engineering-based protection risk comparatively slow and varied different countries. In Slovakia, enjoys strong tradition.
