摘要: Nowadays, the usage rates of smartphones are increasing rapidly. With versatility its features, have succeeded in attracting users. Performing this study has also affected rate every day. It is possible to determine position with GPS (Global Positioning System) technology which located smartphones. In study, smartphone location notification was used detect locations people who were under debris after earthquake by means phones on them. People cannot be reached for any reason will immediately identified, and emergency interventions possible. Thus, survival injured high early intervention. it aimed minimize loss life all negativities that would experienced society due loss. The developed application been tested external world, obtained data given results section.
