摘要: Abstract Neutron spectrometer/counter systems have been developed for diagnostic measurements on magnetically confined deuterium and deuterium-tritium plasmas. An early version was used to determine the mean ion energy as well ion-energy confinement time in endplugs of Tandem Mirror Experiment. A recent upgrade includes a 10 MHz pulse height analysis particle identification capability time- space-resolved neutron spectrum measurements. Resolution is adequate Doppler-width measurement near-future experiments such Fusion Test Facility.
