摘要: This report further characterizes the cytotoxic properties of seminal plasma and provides evidence for a role spermine oxidation in generation cytotoxicity. Addition to lymphocyte cultures was found result effect similar that observed upon addition plasma. Furthermore, although is not serum-free medium, monoamine oxidase sufficient plasma-associated Analysis 73 individual samples indicated all were cytotoxic, suggesting this an intrinsic property These results support mechanism cytotoxicity which by amine fetal calf serum product.
