摘要: The Rey 15-Item Memory Test (Rey-15) is a standard instrument frequently employed to assess suspect effort/motivation in English-speaking populations. objective of the current study was examine influence socio-demographic variables on this measure and provide normative data for use with Spanish speakers. performance 130 primarily Spanish-speaking, cognitively intact, older adults (ages 50-69) six Rey-15 scoring systems embedded measures suboptimal examined. Approximately 8% sample scored below recommended cut-off 9 Rey-15. lowest recall score 6 also minimum obtained recognition trial. Additionally, scores alternative methods were lower comparison presently utilized English speakers, yet comparable across examined measures. Basic mental status education level significant predictors performance; however, results indicate that these may share close relationship characteristics such as acculturation years U.S. residency. Preliminary Spanish-speaking adults, stratified by education, provided conjunction recommendation trial when interpreting results.
