摘要: Abstract A simple uhv-compatible, gas flux detector, based on a commercially available Bayard-Alpert ion gauge, has been developed and tested by comparing theoretical experimental distributions from wide bore glass capillary in the molecular flow regime. Good agreement between theory experiment was obtained. Subsequent measurements intermediate regime with narrow revealed significant discrepancy experiment, emphasizing present limitations of predicting angular distribution flux. Possible origins are discussed.
