摘要: Here we review the principles of operation, history, present status, and future prospects for primary candidate detectors Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) polarization studies. The three detector types will discuss are semiconductor-based bolometers, superconducting transition edge sensor (TES) bolometer, Kinetic Inductance Detectors (MKIDs). All these can provide sensitivity to permit background-limited measurements CMB, but ultimate selection be largely determined by ease production reliability large arrays such detectors. This paper describes state development detectors, efforts integrate them into arrays, system developments necessary enable a space CMB mission.
