摘要: Survival rates for cardiac arrests that occur in hospitals and outside them continue to be low (17% 6%, respectively), fewer than one-third of patients who have an out-of-hospital arrest receive cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Consequently, a number changes were made the 2005 American Heart Association Guidelines Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Emergency Cardiovascular Care. The intended simplify CPR order increase its use effectiveness by both clinicians nonprofessionals. This article summarizes primary recommendations, including universal 30-to-2 compression-to-ventilation ratio all lone rescuers, need compressions sufficient depth number, replacement three-shock model initial defibrillation with one recommends single shock, now seen as adequate precursor CPR.
