摘要: Background: Sudden cardiac arrest is one of the most common causes premature death in our society and largest cause worldwide. Purpose: The purpose this study was to investigate primary health care employee’s knowledge, training preparedness they consider themselves have cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) whether there are differences between professional roles as well urban rural centers. Method: design a descriptive comparative cross-sectional study. To capture many respondents possible questionnaire used. Result: result based on responses from 144 respondents. Eighty-seven percent employees been CPR last year. Despite that only 66 % felt sufficient know­­ledge. There no significant indicated knowledge professions (p = 0,107). Only 80 knew how alert ambulance. In comparison difference can be seen 0, 12). Conclusion: conclusion it´s important create competence for employees, education members order improve skills which also quality work
