摘要: Screening for the potential biomarker of colorectal cancer (CRC) is necessary to improve early detection. The aim this study was investigate circulating cell-free long non-coding RNAs (lncRNA) as biomarkers CRC. In study, we applied an lncRNA microarray screen CRC with a multi-stage validation and risk score formula We discovered three lncRNA, XLOC_006844, LOC152578 XLOC_000303, which were up-regulated in comparing cancer-free controls merged area under curve (AUC) training set 0.919 0.975. lncRNAs might be tumorigenesis prediction future.
