摘要: UNLABELLED Next generation sequencing (NGS) techniques have been widely used to document the small ribonucleic acids (RNAs) implicated in a variety of biological, physiological and pathological processes. An integrated computational tool is needed for handling analysing enormous datasets from RNA deep approach. Herein, we present novel web server, CPSS (a platform analysis data), designed completely annotate functionally analyse microRNAs (miRNAs) NGS data on one with single submission. Small can be submitted this server results being returned two parts: (i) annotation analysis, which provides most comprehensive transcriptome, including length distribution genome mapping reads, quantification, prediction miRNAs, identification differentially expressed piwi-interacting RNAs other non-coding between paired samples detection miRNA editing modifications (ii) functional targeted genes by multiple tools, enrichment gene ontology terms, signalling pathway involvement protein-protein interaction predicted genes. CPSS, ready-to-use that integrates functions currently available bioinformatics all information wanted majority users datasets.
