摘要: The article describes the challenges faced by authors in evaluating a neighborhood revitalization project. are placed context of three Program Evaluation Standards published Joint Committee on for Educational Evaluation: Values Identification, Fiscal Responsibility, and Analysis Quantitative Information. For each problem presented, provide solutions that should assist all evaluators working other similar types broad-based community initiatives to conduct their evaluations more efficient timely manner.
