摘要: The genus Nairovirus of arthropod-borne bunyaviruses includes the important emerging human pathogen, Crimean–Congo hemorrhagic fever virus (CCHFV), as well Nairobi sheep disease and many other poorly described viruses isolated from mammals, birds, ticks. Here, we report genome sequence analysis six nairoviruses: Thiafora (TFAV) that was a shrew in Senegal; Yogue (YOGV), Kasokero (KKOV), Gossas (GOSV) bats Senegal Uganda; Issyk-Kul (IKV) Kyrgyzstan; Keterah (KTRV) ticks infesting bat Malaysia. S, M, L segments each were found to encode proteins corresponding nucleoprotein, polyglycoprotein, polymerase protein CCHFV. However, observed Leopards Hill (LPHV) Erve (ERVV), polyglycoproteins encoded M segment lack sequences encoding double-membrane-spanning CCHFV NSm protein. Amino acid identities, complement-fixation tests, phylogenetic indicated these cluster into three groups comprising KKOV, YOGV, LPHV suborder Yingochiroptera; KTRV, IKV, GOSV Yangochiroptera; TFAV ERVV shrews (Soricomorpha: Soricidae). This reflects clade-specific host vector associations extend across genus.
