摘要: Abstract Human IgG from 24 normal sera, and sera containing M-components, were quantitated by rocket immunoelectrophoresis at pH 8.6 using carbamylated antigen as described Weeke, 5.0 antibodies. The latter method which is introduced in this paper gives results equal to Weeke's hence the single radial immunodiffusion, linear immunodiftusion performed 8.6. main advantages of utilizing antibodies: for quantitation routine laboratory work (a) fast (3 h), (b) it does not involve chemical modification (c) can be applied both polyclonal monoclonal IgG.
