摘要: A pilot survey of tributyltin (TBT) and its derivatives in Mediterranean areas was undertaken 1988 within the framework MED POL activities. The studied were French coast, Northern Tyrrhenian Southern coast Turkey Alexandria (Egypt) coastal area. 113 water samples analysed from first three 35 sediment fourth. Samples collected at sites selected according to differing environmental conditions potential inputs TBT. Two shellfish-culture South France located near marinas included. data reported represent coordinated butyltin levels seawater sediments areas. concentrations generally exceed no-observed effect level (NOEL) 20 ng l−1 are comparable those previously for similar situations outside
