摘要: Introduction. Several studies have pointed to the high prevalence of low levels physical activity in adolescents, suggesting need for more effective interventions this group. The aim study was present evidence intervention programs efficacy adolescents. Methods. Surveys PubMed, SportDiscus, LiLacs, and SciELO databases were conducted using keywords identify population, intervention, outcome, as well DeCS MeSH terms English, Portuguese, Spanish, whenever appropriate. review included observational with minimal six months, minimum sample size 100 written any language, those who reached STROBE score greater than 70%.
