摘要: A magnetic energy analyzer is designed for pulsed energetic electron beams, and successfully used to obtain distribution of the beam generated by a plasma focus device. In order provide quick access in single shot, an detection system consisting MCP (microchannel plate) PCD (plasma-coupled device) linear image sensor developed. Sensitivity calibration carried out using nuclear emulsion sensitive electrons. Energy resolution dynamic range detector are presented as functions energy. The major part energy-distributed electrons device relativistic region extending higher than 1 MeV. acceleration mechanism those up such huge discussed.
