摘要: The paper describes the construction of a magnetic electron analyzer for pulsed beam energy distribution studies. single shot information is obtained using NMOS linear image sensor. Both energetical and sensitivity calibration were performed careful numerical simulations. For simplicity, signals can be read on an oscilloscope, they are transmitted via optic fiber, which allows to work while connected high voltage. was successfully implemented 15 kV/3 kJ plasma focus device used study in 30–660 keV range.
