摘要: In this paper a 90 kJ plasma focus facility was used to the bombardment of titanium substrate using nitrogen ion beams. From x-ray diffraction patterns, we investigated structure properties nitride layer has been successfully deposited on such as grain size microstrain and dislocation density. work observed growth in with increasing number deposition shots. Decrease density at higher is another results work. The topography morphology TiN samples studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) optical images.
