摘要: Abstract The structure, morphology and particle size of La-doped ZnS nanocrystalline films were investigated by XRD, SEM FTIR. XRD showed that the obtained are corresponding to hexagonal phase with 3.44–15.13 nm. Optical properties UV–vis absorption technique. band gap energy was found be 2.93 2.77 eV. Wemple – Didomenico single effective oscillator model used study dispersion refractive index. red shift in edge samples provides possibility for improving solar application ZnS.
