摘要: Abstract Incubation of human whole blood for 24 h at 37°C in the presence 100–400 μg/dl lead chloride or acetate caused a concentration-dependent decrease level reduced glutathione up to 40%. Similarly, activities reductase, peroxidase and S-transferase were decreased 25%, 50%, 19%, respectively. Moreover, 100 slowed process regeneration, delayed time complete regeneration from 20 40 min. When was purified by affinity chromatography on Sepharose-linked glutathione, incubated with acetate, inhibition enzymatic activity observed reaching 50% salt concentration 6000 μg/dl.
