摘要: Lead can modify pro/antioxidant status by influencing antioxidant enzymes. As the results of experimental researches are divergent, purpose this research was to evaluate activity enzymes that play a vital role in defence against ROS blood people protractedly exposed lead compounds. The study population included 172 healthy employees zinc and steelworks. Workers (L) were divided into 2 groups: first workers with mean concentration (PbB) from 25-35 microl/dl (LL group), second group high exposure (HL group)--with PbB over 35 microl/dl. administration control group. There no significant changes catalase mitochondrial SOD population. ZnCu-SOD significantly increased, both plasma erythrocytes, but LL subgroup about 42% (p=0.044), then erythrocytes HL 23% (p=0.012) when compared Concentration TBARS-MDA increased serum erythrocytes. In (mean 15 +/- 10 years), there is observed an blood, which seems be adoptive mechanism raised amount production reactive oxygen species (ROS) caused lead.
