摘要: The concept of sustainable development has become the organizing framework for much economic, social and environmental policy because it meets a need. Specifically, potential to address issues in way that is more consistent with economic aspirations than emphasis on ‘limits growth’, which was characteristic thinking 1970s 1980s.
